Shaggy's Kitchen ("we", "us") operates the online ordering platform at shaggykitchen.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and order history. We do not store payment card details — payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
We use your data to create and manage your account, process and fulfil your orders, send order confirmations and updates, and improve our service.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given at the time of account creation, and to fulfil the contract when you place an order.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with Razorpay (payment processing) and, where required, with law enforcement under a lawful order.
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, or for up to 2 years after your last order, whichever is later. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
